BOOKING POLICY
Your booking is confirmed when we receive the 50% deposit for your reservation total. A booking confirmation email will be send, followed by a self check-in email one day prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For a 100% refund your cancellation must be received 2 full days prior to your day of arrival. A cancellation received after that is 50% refundable.
NO SHOW POLICY
No shows will be charged in full.
CHILD POLICY
Children older than 5 years are welcome.
To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.
Cot and extra bed policies
CHECK-IN POLICY
1 day before arrival you receive by email your self check-in details. All necessary info for your stay is placed inside a folder on the coffee table; it has your wifi password, bird app and list of recorded bird sightings, walks on the property, general emergency info and our recommendations for eating. For questions call or sms 0408 753372. I reside in the last apartment at the end of the driveway, next to the double garage.
